Bondi-Trump scramble to bury my "No-No Ballot Bug" HAVA Election Fraud Lawsuit

What Secrets Are Hidden Under the Epstein Files?

While Epstein burns red hot and splits the MAGA faithful while the Democratic Party remains in total disarray, Pam Bondi also has had on her desk - perhaps under the Epstein file - my own qui tam whistleblower False Claims Act (FCA) - RICO election fraud lawsuit: The United States of America, ex rel. My lawsuit is the first Help America Vote Act (HAVA) election fraud lawsuit in the nation that specifically invokes Donald Trump's Executive Order 14248 which he signed in his official capacity on March 25th. The EO is ironicly named: "Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections."

A more apt name would be: "Preserving and Protecting Trump's 2016 and 2024 Victories While Attacking His 2020 Loss.

Liccione is First-to-Court for HAVA Fraud Under EO 14248

I filed my whistleblower/RICO lawsuit on April 7th, just 13 days after Trump signed EO 14248. I beat the DOJ to court by 50 days, as they eventually targeted not Republican-led Florida under the EO while my lawsuit was on DOJ leaders' desks, but Democrat-led North Carolina: United States of America v. North Carolina State Board of Elections, et al, filing their HAVA action on May 27th. (Case No. 5:25-cv-00283). Read the DOJ press release. This is now a repeating pattern. The DOJ has since announced multiple DOJ investigations into voter registrations systems and voter roles in several other blue-led states: CO, WI, PA, AZ, and Orange County, CA, all 2020 losses for Trump.

The “No-No Ballot Bug” Catch-and-Kill Act of 2025

In the intervening three months since I filed, Trump and Bondi and the others, acting on behalf and at the direction of Trump - in his personal capacity as a two-time candidate for president - conspired to quietly catch and kill my "No No Ballot Bug" lawsuit. In it, I allege massive HAVA election related fraud in Florida by: (1) Ron DeSantis and 5 members of his administration; (2) Their FL elections contractor VR Systems; (3) Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) Chair Evin Power; (4) County election officials; (5) Florida Supervisor of Elections, Inc., a non-profit, and (6) All their enabling lawyers.

Pam Bondi, Harmeet Dhillon (Deputy AG for the Civil Rights Division), and Jeanine Pirro and the (non-confirmed) Ed Martin (current and former Acting DC US Attorneys) received my lawsuit along with my FCA Disclosure Statement and evidence package, via certified mail, on April 25th (Bondi) and April 23rd (Martin) respectively. The package was 4-inches thick and it landed like a steaming turd on their desks. What happened next should be no surprise. First…and still? A defeaning silence.

On June 11th, after watching the DOJ ignore me, my prospective lawyers, and their offical statutory duties under the False Claims Act, I filed a Motion to Preserve Access to Counsel and to Compel DOJ Status Disclosure, and for other relief. The Certified Mail Receipts

I sent copies of my Motion to Compel DOJ Status Disclosure, et al to Pam Bondi and Jeanine Pirro via certified mail on June 4th - 5 days before filing the above Motion. Both received my package on June 10, 2025 and returned my return-receipt cards. See below

On June 18th, DC Judge Amit Mehta unsealed the case, dismissed (presumably without prejudice) the FCA Count I, but left active Count II (Fraud Against the United States) and Count III (RICO).

So, what comes next? Well, I’ve got to find a good lawyer. I'll let you know when I do, or when I file my next pleading.
